Since the1990, the competition between enterprises is becoming fiercer, changing customer needs, and makes accurate prediction difficult enterprise faced with the rapidly changing market; in addition, because the resources are limited, any one enterprise cannot be in every aspect.In order to improve core competitiveness of enterprises and reduce the risk of enterprises, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises often between strategic alliance to make up for their deficiencies, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. There is no doubt, enterprises to establish a strategic alliance, the strategic alliance partner selection, learning partnership and knowledge ability between each other will have a great effect on alliance performance. So in this paper, through the method of empirical research to verify the relationship between the four factors.This paper introduces the basic theory of strategic alliance, provided the theory basis for the paper; Secondly, on the basis of literature review, put forward the index evaluation and selection, the partner of strategic alliance partnerships and knowledge learning, through questionnaires and SPSS analysis, to find the relationship between the three, establish model. And puts forward the three theoretical assumptions about strategic alliance relationships on the relationship between alliance performance; Thirdly, on the basis of the above research, by SPSS analysis to prove the hypothesis. The conclusion of this paper has certain reference significance for China’s enterprises to form strategic alliance, it reminds of China enterprises should pay attention to the choice of alliance partners in the strategic alliance, but also between attaches great importance to the training of partnership and mutual learning ability improve in cooperation.
