Every new employee,who is filled with good expectation ,will fully show his (or her) ability and will have chance to be improved. But it was not necessarily the case, however. The new comer will encounter"Reality shock".Whether the new comer can live through"Reality shock"successfully has an effect not only on his engineer but also on the interests of the company. So how to direct the new comer live through"Reality shock"and help him to adapt to the circumstances, bring out their potentiality, and turn the human resources into wealth of the company? Then the new employee orientation is undoubtly an good project for us to studay.In explaining the hierarchy of the new employee orientation,the auther try to cite some examples in GH company. Firstly, to bring out the topic of the paper ,the author talks about his own working experiences.Secondly, he introduces the theory and experience on the new employee orientation. Thirdly, the author analysis background of GH company, pointing out the necessary to construct the hierarchy of the new employee orientation. Then, he proposed a basic conception of the new employee orientation, and introduce the whole procession to set up the hierarchy of the new employee orientation according to such aspect as the goal, the principle,the methods,the contents, the duties, the processions and the effectiveness assessment. At last he will sum up the experiences and give some suggestions on henceforth study.Through constructing the management system of new employee orientation, it can provide a set of project for available organizational socialization to organize the GH group high quality team, and realize enterprise's sustainable development on providing the human resource safeguard; At the same time, it has generally but the reality function on other enterprise human resources management.In domestic,the study and practice of organizational socialization still in initial phase, the correlation reference is extremely deficient, therefore in the paper, veracity and legibility of the new staff orientation concept still waits for discussion, the evaluating to the practice effection still waits for deepen, the value of the new staff orientation to business management still waits for explored.
