A Game Theory Research On The Land Expropriation Participant Body Benefit Conflict

With the developments of society and economy, urbanization is booming and few state-owned lands for construction can't meet the need of city construction, so that it is inevitable to expropriate rural lands by the state to meet the needs of social and economical developments. Because land trade is prohibited in China and the state monopolizes the first market of lands, the compensation for land expropriation is not the real land value. So in the course of land expropriation, it causes interest conflicts, including mainly the conflicts between the state and collective farmers, collective farmers and personal farmers, some common understandings on the qualitative aspect to the question have been reached, but quantitative research according to the question is actually rare. In view of this, this paper takes benefit conflict of the participant body of land expropriation as the study object,according to general investigate national and overseas relative study literature and analyze the benefit of the participant body of land expropriation conflict,explain the relation of benefit conflict between the participant body of land expropriation and open out the roots of engender benefit conflict;base on the research,I will use game theory to analyses the benefit conflict action of the participant body of land expropriation,and in this course get some relative equilibrium and revelation;at end,according to investigate and research demonstration test the analysis of game theory,and make some advice to solve the benefit conflict of participant body of land expropriation.
