With the development of knowledge economy, more enterprises realized that, human resource is the most significant one among all those resources which they needed, and that human resource management plays an important role in deciding the competence of their enterprises. The management, in order to effectively turn the human resource into the human capital, must understand the characteristics of the human resource management, must choose a proper way of human resource management investment, must build an appropriate mechanism of human resource investment and of the risk avoidance.This essay, focused on the risk of the Company X avoidance in human resource management investment, made a full exploration into the risks in human capital management and its precautions.
