The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy,with the trend of economic globalization intensifies,the increasingly fierce market competition,the enterprise has changed from product and technology competition has been developed today for the talent competition,so the good management of employees and use is the key to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market.Human resource is a hot topic in the development of modern enterprises,and human resource is the basis of strategic management and development.Human resources development process,often accompanied by the entry and exit of enterprises,training,compensation management,etc.,in these management processes are accompanied by certain risks.In addition,the human resources are facing specific employees,if not properly managed,will lead to enterprises lose cohesion,affect the reputation of enterprises and long-term development.Therefore,whether in theory or in practice,corporate human resources management risk issues should cause more attention.In view of this,this paper takes Nanning as an example to discuss the risk of human resource management and corresponding control measures.Based on the relevant research results,the human resource management,this paper introduces the definition,characteristics and types of determination of the risk of human resource management,and expounds the basic theory of human resource management,including the demand level theory,double factor theory;the basic theory summary on Nanning city commercial concrete enterprise human resources management and the status quo the risk analysis,including the risk of human resource planning,recruitment and allocation,salary management,in view of the above risk and then analyzes the internal and external causes of these risks;the enterprise according to the existing human resources risk management risk control strategy and formulate corresponding preventive measures,and implement.In order to have a comprehensive understanding and further research on the risk of human resource management,to better promote the level of the improvement of human resource management,human resources management work play a greater role in the enterprise.
