In recent years, with the rapid rise of joint-stock commercial Banks and foreign Banks influx of state-owned Banks is facing increasing competition. Bank tellers represents a node, a bank’s image, is one of the important factors reflect bank service quality and competitiveness, teller services standardization and standardization is becoming more and more get the attention of the Banks. Deep due to long-term deal with customers, work on the line, more emotional labor, large load, due to the internal unfair distribution complain many reasons, such as a bank teller is a high turnover rate. High counter flow not only brings to the enterprise customer resources loss of direct costs, increased the bank hiring, training, etc. The indirect costs. BOC LY branch teller jobs in recent years researchers have higher turnover tendency, be badly in need of further analysis.This article from the characteristics of state-owned Banks, human resource management in China and the cabinet position working characteristics, the integrated use of human resource management, organizational behavior, such as knowledge, through the literature reading method,comparative method and interview method for data collection, with the Bank of China, LY teller as the research object, analyses the teller management problems, causes and countermeasures. The results show that the teller in the managed prone to the problem of uneven degree of saturation of the work, vacancies and workers; Teller duty high staff turnover; Employee motivation, job performance level is low. Causes of these problems are: lack of cabinet positions and systematic human resources planning; Teller performance management chaos, light weight assessment management; Training system vulnerabilities, resource utilization efficiency is low. Based on the above problems and reasons, the author put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Is of high significance, this study can provide certain reference for Chinese state-owned bank tellers management value, particularly in teller performance appraisal, teller training and human resources planning, etc.
