The human resource,the first demand of the organizational development,has become an fundamental factor in long-lasting enterprise,with the fierce competition and the coming of knowledge economic times.It's widely approved that the effect of varies excitation and exploitation level on core technical professionals,not only concerned the business performance today,but also the market situation in future.In this paper,we use the G company as the research sample for the purpose of analyzing the tactics of human resource risk.G company is a professional service enterprise,oriented by scientific and technological innovation on the domain of public security.It provides the Total Security and Protection Solutions which is bonded with the artificial intelligence,and construct the dynamic social security net.It is precisely because the company process the advanced technology and prominent effect of the brand,the business performance and future market is keeping quite satisfied.At the same time,there are various problems emerged in terms of the internal management,and the most outstanding question is the management pressure from the core technical professionals.Some unbalanced phenomenon is embodied in the HR plan,recruitment,train,assess,motivation,and so on.The challenge to the company' s development is getting bigger,with the increasing HR risk.Based on that,we put the human resource risk management as the research topic of this study.We introduced the research background and significance,the related concepts and theories.Then,we analyzed the realistic questions on the G company' HR risk management.Along with three parts.the system of HR risk management on the core technical professionals has been put up.Firstly,we designed the total target in accordance with the mission and vision of the company.Secondly,we built up the risk control system,including the recruitment & allocation,train & development,reward & incentives,and the management of labor relation.Finally,the construction of risk control process,the organization culture,and the information management has been presented,for supporting the system of the risk management.
