An Analysis On Financing Problem Of Tertiary Education Science & Technology Enterprise Of Our Country

Since 1990, Tertiary Education Science & Technology Enterprises (TESTEs) of our country have been developing rapidly. They have demonstrated good growth and become a vital new force in our high-tech industry. The development of TESTEs has accelerated our industrial structure adjustment and played an important role in the promotion of economic growth. However over these years, the current status of financing channels atrophy and shortage of funds have seriously impacted the production and operation of enterprises ,so that the financing problem has become the top issue of impeding TESTEs's sustainable development.Guided by New Institutional Economic and Financial Innovation Theory, taking institutional arrangements and technology strategy as its main line ,starting with bothsides——enterprise itself and its external environment, after systematical in-depthanalysis of cause by which financing of TESTEs is landed in difficult position, this thesis has put forward a general plan for improving the financing system, improving the financing environment ,actively exploring and developing innovative financing method ,such as intellectual property loans,listing by buying listed shell and venture capital so as to resolve financing obstacles and get out of the woods.
