Studies On Theories And Development Strategies Of Enterprises-universities-researches Integration

With the advent of the 21^st century, the speed of globalization for world economy and intellectual informatization is accelerating and the pushing effects of science & technology on social and economic development are increasing by every passing day. Revolution on modern science & technology brings about a new type of industrial revolution, which in turn enables modern science & technology penetrate into education, scientific research, production and life at an unprecedented speed. Therefore, enterprises-universities-researches integration has become a common feature for the development of science & technology and economy in all countries in the world.Owing to various constraints, our country started relatively late in terms of various relevant research and practice concerning enterprises-universities-researches integration. Even though practice and probes into it have been carried out in areas like Beijing and Shanghai on the basis of assimilating advanced experience from developed countries, they are largely confined to a certain fields like cooperation mechanism, function patterns, etc.. Great difficulty is still in existence in integrating both science & technology and economy. As a result, there is a must for a deep-going and systematic discussion on enterprises-universities-researches integration from a theoretical height with the development of society and economy as the final goal.Firstly, this thesis gives a discussion on the basis of theories of enterprises-universities-researches integration based on principles of socialist market economy, national innovation system, intellectual property rights protection, collaboration and system.Second, investigations are made on the historical evolvement and development trend in the enterprises-universities-researches integration of developed countries in order to obtain experience applicable to our case.Thirdly, with the combination of the status of enterprises-universities-researches integration in our country, a systematic analysis is made on the deficiencies of enterprises, higher-learning institutions, scientific research institutes, science & technology intermediate institutions, and the government in the development of enterprises-universities-researches integration in our country.Finally, some development strategies targeting at the existing problems are put forward for the advance of enterprises-universities-researches integration in China from the perspectives of enterprises, higher-learning institutions, scientific research institutes, science & technology intermediate institution, the government, and social cultural climate. It is hoped that the reforms on education, science & technology, economic system will be perfected, national innovation system be established, the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure be pushed, and social economy boosted.
