Research On Public Service System Of Labor And Social Security Fields In Urban Areas Based On Harmonious Society Idea

Harmonious society is a human—oriented society, a sustainable development society, in which many people can share benefits from reform and development. It is a social ideal to build the beautiful society that the mankind seeks assiduously all the time. In such society every one can grow healthily and work joyfully and become old happily. With the development of society people's public service have made a sharp increases, especially in public service of employment and social security of labor and social security department. As long as we do well in services of employment and social security service, the social contradiction can be relieved effectively and the social harmony can be promoted.Based on studying of relevant documents and considering the shortage of labor and social security public service system in urban areas at present, this paper researches how to construct employment service system and social security service system in urban areas based on harmonious society idea. This paper puts forward a farm to construct public service system of labor and social security fields in urban areas and takes Hefei city as a example. Employment service system in urban areas includes organization system, law system, human resource marketing system, institution system and informationization system. The social security service system in urban areas includes organization system, law system, institution system, fun system and informationization system.
