| In the economic era based on the knowledge,the researching of competency model has offered a new theory or a tool for studying management and competitive factor for the organization as enterprise management is becoming more and more standardization and rational, the enterprise has to take it into consideration as a competitive factor for the organization at an innovative angle.Building the competency model as a part of human resource management system can provide a solid basis for the enterprise management. Therefore, it is the reason why more and more people pay attention to the study of competence recently.Nowadays, though we have achieved a lot in the research of competence theoretically and practically through many years research,there are still some deficiencies in model generation, competence and performance, competence and recruitment,competence management theory in concrete practice of applied research and so on. Thus, there is still a rather long way for the achievement in theory to meet the requirements in the practical application.Based on the analyses of competence researches inland and abroad, this paper does the further study on the application of the competence theory in various aspects. The details are as following:1,Systemically, it analyses model characteristics of the Human Resource Management which is based on the competence of the WanAn Passenger Transport Company. As for the shortages in the traditional HRM, taking Labor Relation Management , Staff Selection, Performance Management, Training and Salary Management into analyses, this paper advocates the application of competence model in HRM.2,With the case interview, analysis on post, evaluation and survey, this paper builds up the competence model for middle-class managers in WanAn Passenger Transport Company, which offers the necessities for its concrete application.In conclusion, the achievements mentioned above provide a scientific basis for the fulfillment of HRM. |
