The Tax Policy Research On The Development Of The Non-state-owned Economy Of Anqing

For more than 30 years of reform and opening up, the non-state-owned economy has played an important role in promoting the growth of economy and maintaining social stability. It has already become the new point of growth in our national economy. However, certain difficulty exists in the non-state-owned economic development at the present stage. The non-state-owned economic development is restricted by some factors, including discrimination in current tax policy to the non-state-owned economy. To the difficulty faced in the non-state-owned economic development of Anqing at the present stage and the problems that current tax policy meets in the course of promoting the non-state-owned economic development of Anqing, I think, we should adjust and perfect tax policy and create a fair tax revenue environment for the development of the non-state-owned economy, combining the new round of tax system reform and using foreign and beneficial experience for reference.The thesis first introduces the tax policy to promote the development of the non-state-owned economy in the typical country and summarizes the experience how these countries use the tax policy to develop the non-state-owned economy. Next, the article introduces current tax policy to promote the development of the non-state-owned economy of Anqing, and analyses the existing problems and the reasons in current tax policy to promote the development of the non-state-owned economy of Anqing. At last, it puts forward some concrete suggestions on adjusting and perfecting current tax system and optimizing tax payment service to promote the development of the non-state-owned economy.
