The Small And Middle Sizes' Science And Technology Enterprises Self-organizing Growth Mechanism Study

One country's economy development is more and more depending on the small and middle sizes science and technology enterprise, whose proportion on the enterprises is increasing with the progress of the technology. However, most science and technology enterprise encounter easy failure and easy disappear because of their lacking of innovation ability, instability developing or weakening in resist the risk with a small scale. Then it influences the country on their technology progressing, industries upgrading and social economy continue-developing. Therefore, how to settle the question of "easy failure and easy disappear" and how to establish a continue-developing mechanism to prolong the life span of the small and middle company is a huge question to the scholars, industries and governments in many country. For many years scholars have done a lots of research work and have tried to find the basic key to settle this question in every growth principle. Unfortunately most of their research are simply based on normal enterprise and their study methods are simply based on linearity, proportion, brief revert and so on, thus they ignore the complexity and uncertainty from the inner un-linearity movement and interact. Then the whole effect is not strong.We focus on the question of "easy failure and easy disappear" in this paper and study the small and middle science and technology company on a self-organizing visual angle. Firstly, we regard it as a system with a dissipative structure. Then basing on its self-organizing characteristic, we analyze its growth principle from horizontal and vertical aspects to figure out the main effective factors on enterprises growth in qualitative way. On the other hand, we use the expert questionnaires, which are about the growth situation of the small and middle sizes of Science and Technology Company in Shandong province, and design in a self-organized visual angle, to ask the expert to make a score. Then we analyze the results with the ladder analysis method to make out the factors' order. In this way, we can pick-up the main affect factor about the enterprise in quantitative way. We regard the small and middle science and technology company as a system, and see main effective factors of its growth mechanism as subsystem, which adjusts itself immediately by competition and cooperation mechanism when it perceives the environment change. After adjusting the new growth mechanism can adapt the order of new environment, thus it can help the company achieve the continuing growth. We use the compounding methods of qualitative methods and quantitative research to analysis the main factors of the growth mechanism. We built the self-organized growth mechanism model based on their interacting and then we assess the efficiency of the model. Finally, we talked about the condition and the problems in our country to build the self-organized growth model, and put forward the corresponding suggestion. Combining the quantitative and qualitative analyses, we can find out the inner and outer effective factors on enterprise growth. They are vertically growth mechanism (inner growth mechanism) and horizontal growth mechanism (outer growth mechanism). The former include entrepreneur spirit, technology innovation, human resource, financing ability, products & market, manage structure etc. The latter include policy and law environment, social service system, financial environment, enterprises cluster, regional innovation net and industry environment etc. Then we regard these factors as the subsystem to build a model of the dynamic growth mechanism of the middle and small size of the Science and Technology Company and we will test the validity of the model in qualitative way.Finally, we propose increasing the government support, such as revenue reducing, information environment accessible, social service completed and regular the financial environment etc. to create and maintain the condition of the dissipative structure. Meanwhile we should pay attention to the inner growth "power" in different growth period , surround the self -organizing principle to cultivate the core competition, strengthen the management of the company to establish a supervise system based on the profit or performance standard.There has a theory innovation in this paper. It combined the self-organizing theory and the growth of middle and small enterprise to present a feasible growth model to adapt the changing environment. The model has a direct significance because it based on the qualitative analysis and quantitative survey analysis.
