On the other hand, although the development of commerce logistics center in our country is swift ,and managerial experiences are becoming rich, but compared with those retail business in the highly advanced Europe and America countries, the commerce logistics distribution is still staying in lower level, having a lot of problems and the bottleneck restraining the development of domestic commerce logistics industry, the location selection , inside layout planning, and the study of choosing systematic theory of the commerce logistics distribution center are need to perfect and improve.Taking Zhongbai distribution center, Weifang department group as an example, and combining with the relevant theory of chain managing and logistics distribution system, Part I is basic concept introduction of logistics distribution, pointing out problems in distribution center system construction in our country; Part II deepens the study of the distribution system theory, carries out the study on the location selection and the inside facilities plan studies of the distribution center with quantitative law , gravity law , and studies choosing system with EIQ analysis law . And then applies the research conclusions to the practice of Zhongbai distribution; At last, it gives the future development direction.The new ideas of this article: 1. Apply quantitative analysis law to selections of the distribution center location, 2. Analyze choosing system with EIQ law;3.
