Research On Location Selection Of Chain Convenient Store Distribution Center

As a convenient and affordable place for consumption,chain convenience stores have developed rapidly in recent years.Convenience stores have unified distribution and reduced operating costs.Compared with ordinary stores,chain convenience stores have cost advantages.After T chain convenience entered the market in xi 'an,with the increase of sales volume and the expansion of store number,the original way of outsourcing distribution business has been unable to meet the development needs of enterprises,resulting in high cost of goods distribution,low efficiency and other problems,which need to be changed urgently.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the distribution outsourcing model,analyzes and evaluates the current logistics efficiency of T chain convenience,and then use SPSS software to conduct curve fitting and variance analysis on the demand historical data of T chain convenience stores in each region,and predicts the logistics demand of each region of convenience stores in five years.In order to meet the needs of future development and solve the problems existing in the existing distribution mode,the necessity of T chain convenience stores to establish their own distribution center is determined.Secondly,through the analysis of the sales data of each region,the representative stores of each region are selected as the research object.Through the analysis of the supply of each supplier,the leading suppliers are selected for the research and analysis.Thirdly,through the analysis of several factors,such as policy factors,fixed costs,geographical location,transportation conditions,representative stores and supplier location,etc.,and taking the experience of employees into full consideration,suitable alternative points are selected.Based on the above preparation,some costs will change according to the location of the distribution center.The most important part is the depreciation cost,the transportation costfrom the supplier to the distribution center,and the transportation cost from the distribution center to the representative stores in each region.Therefore,with the three lowest costs as the objective function,the mathematical model of site selection is established,and the actual data are brought into it and solved by LINGO.Finally,the effect of the new distribution center is analyzed.It is estimated that by 2022,compared with the outsourcing of distribution business,the new distribution center will significantly reduce the cost of distribution,and the distribution efficiency and store satisfaction will be improved accordingly.Improve the logistics efficiency of T chain convenience on the whole.
