Since the reform and open policy has been carried out, the income gap between town and country presents a tendency of expending after abstracting. Scholars analyze and explain the enlarging gap from different aspects. Though these studies have certain scientific and the rationality, in the analysis of the development gap between town and country, we attend one viewpoint: it is an important measure to reduce the income gap between town and country that the rural labor force goes out .It is existence also that the similar viewpoint: It is a mean of solving the farmer question that the farmer does not do farm work. These viewpoints seems to be right, how it is to have regarding the farmer living level influence that the rural labor force go out, especially, how it is to have regarding the city and countryside development disparity influence, at present ,it has not been found that the related literature about studying this kind of question, this paper study this kind of question and fills this research blank on this question.In this research, not only analyzes the countryside to go out thoroughly the labor force wage level to enhance and the city and countryside income differential expansion coexisting reason gradually, moreover inspected between the two's relevance thoroughly, examined the rural labor force to go out regarding the city and countryside development disparity tangible impact degree, and come up with rational proposals to explore ways of improving salary standard from workforce and reducing the salary gap between town and country as well as to promote their coordinating development.This essay includes five parts, and following are the main contents:Chapter one is introduction, at first it is introduced that background and foundation of research in the brief,emphasises the issue to be studied, and make a concise explaination of theoretical basis and related concepts in the briefing that theory of salary attribution , sustainable development , :cientific development, manpower and capital, and thoughts or methods of research.Chapter two is the related literature summarizes, a summery of the related documents is given, and then makes a concise explaination of the creative points and shortcomings.Chapter three study it empirically that the influence of salary gap between town and country from salary standard of workforce from country, First of all, we analyze the reason of salary gap between town and country from income curves in revenue diagram, and influence of salary standard of workforce from country on it: the main reason why the salary gap between town and country is expanding is that , first , rural and agricultural economy develops slowly and has many encumbrances ; second , the salary standard of workforce from country is quite low and can't support the rural and agricultural economy .Therefore, only depends increases the labor force to go out ,we be not able to reduce development gap between the city and countryside. Improving salary standard of workforce from country , enlarging the scale of their transition can increase peasants' income directly , reduce the salary gap between town and country , accumulate more extra salary , support rural agricultural economy so as to increase peasants' stamina and reduce the salary gap . Then ,analyze changes of the salary gap between town and country ,and workforce from country's salary standard's influence on it according to the income ratio .Explain the relationship of salary standard of workforce from country and salary gap between town and country further by analyzing the related income ratio: When the rate of rise of wage level of workforce from country is higher than the rate:of rise of wage level of the township , wage level of workforce from country play draws up or evenly plans role the salary gap between town and country;When the rate of rise of wage level of workforce from country is lower than the rate of rise of wage level of the township , wage level of workforce from country impetus expansion of the salary gap between town and country, or counter-balances the city and countryside income differential reduction effect which other factors cause.Third, we use analyzing tool of econometrics and data from China Statistical Annual of 1987-2006 to make regressive analysis of the relationship of the salary standard of workforce from country and salary gap between town and country .Through the empirical analysis the relationship of the salary standard of workforce from country and salary gap between town and country, we can judge their relevance .From the Correlation coefficient R=0.90513, we can see that the salary standard is highly related with the salary gap .This indicates that the salary standard of workforce from country has much influence on the salary gap between town and country.In the other conditions remain unchanged, maintaining growth movement of the wage level of workforce from country, the wage level of workforce from country will reverse gradually the expanded tendency of the salary gap between town and country,and transfers reduces the salary gap between town and country gradually. Then, we discuss the direction and degree of this kind of influence in the different periods according to the calculation result.The analysis makes a conclusion by theoretical analysis and prevalent: the salary standard of workforce from country is highly related with the salary gap between town and country. The enlarging salary gap between town and country has blocked the development of economy and the forming of harmonious society. Workforce from country is not able massively to change the salary gap between town and country, the reason lies in: first, workforce from country get employed massively, has created the countryside human capital massive outflows, thus caused the countryside human capital investment yield overflow, affected the sustained development of the rural economy; But overflow of the countryside human capital brings the giant exterior nature regarding urban economy's development. This kind of overflow of human resources investment yield, causes the city and countryside human capital cost of investment income to have the serious dissymmetry is the countryside investment, the urban income. In the countryside human capital insufficient situation, the intense spill-over effect causes the massive human capital outflow, creates the countryside and the agricultural economy development talented person is insufficient, the efficiency is low.Second, the salary standard of workforce from country is quite low and can's support the rural and agricultural economy. Of course, it can't form or invest and protect their manpower and capital. If we don't change the situation that workforce from country's salary is low and haven't rights and interests, the tendency of salary gap becoming larger would not be changed completely. Problems of countryside feeble constitution, undevelopment and weakness can't be solved and it will be hard to fulfill the goal of forming the socializing country .We can reduce the salary gap gradually through the market, but shortcomings of the market determine the extremely importance of government's choices. government's actions determine the abstraction or expansion of salary gap mostly .So we must set up a mechanism which rely mainly on government to reduce the salary gap and make sure that peasants' income keeps increasing . It is quite necessary to make opportunities of employment and increase their income by force of government. Increasing government's investment to country's education and improving its quality is very important.Chapter four analyzes of the deepen reason of improvement of salary standard co-exist with enlarging salary gap and explains people's confusion about this phenomenon.I research to found: the seven factors restrict the influence of the salary standard of workforce from country on reducing the salary gap, and result in the phenomenon of improvement of salary standard and enlarging salary gap:the industrial development repel employment's tendency causes the workforce from country scale to receive the restriction; the urban peasant laborer's labor market and the employment pattern limited the wage level of workforce from country; the city labor market's discrimination goes out the salary standard of workforce from country to pull down the threshold; the urban peasant laborer's work rights and interests, the social security and the employment training do not arrive, cause the salary standard of workforce from country to sell at a discount greatly; the salary standard of workforce from country be lower, the net income is not much left, difficulty with forms the effective saving and the accumulation, has restricted seriously to the income point of growth again investment; the realistic wage level of workforce from country is not able to change the double-decked effect of the salary gap between town and country caused by workforce from country ; the countryside and the agricultural development insufficient implicated the farmers' income growth seriously, and so on..Chapter five is to come up with conclusion and in-depth reason, Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical tests, comes up with the lorg-term thoughts and suggestion of improving salary standard and reducing the gap between town and country.
