The competition among enterprises is the competition of talents.The loyalty of the employees,the performance of the work,and the enthusiasm of the work will have a great influence on the development of the enterprise.The salary structure is scientific,reasonable,on the job performance of employees,employee loyalty will cause a direct impact,therefore,the enterprise must constantly and continuously optimize the salary structure,to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise human resource management,it is necessary to promote the realization of enterprise strategic development goals.Through the method of literature research,field survey,M Asset Management Company Limited as the research object,analysis and optimization of M asset management company salary structure research,aims and attribution analysis of main problems of the company's salary structure,salary structure,re optimize the design of the salary structure of M Asset Management Co.the company,which is for enhancing the salary structure of M asset management company is scientific and reasonable,promotion has certain reference value to encourage enterprises.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects: the first is the introduction,mainly eMpounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research status and research methods,the analysis focuses on the introduction of the problem and research status at home and abroad.The second is the theoretical support,the main theoretical basis are introduced in this paper will be applied to,followed by the current compensation structure of M Asset Management Company Limited and the main problems,the analysis of the salary structure of the state according to the information,and through interviews and questionnaires reveal the main problems,and analyze the reasons.Then,from the perspective of mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees to optimize the design of M Asset Management Co.,Ltd.pay structure,and through the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of its components.Finally,some important conclusions are summarized,and the shortcomings of the research are pointed out.The article draws the conclusion is: M asset company employees' pay satisfaction is generally low,indicating that the company's salary satisfaction needs to be improved.This paper describes the outstanding problems of the M asset company employee compensation system,and considers that the problem of the large amount of compensation is a big problem faced by the current staff salary.This paper puts forward the improvement scheme from the aspects of the compensation system,the compensation system and the compensation and correction.Specifically,in order to improve the salary level,salary according to the profit rate in different positions to determine the salary growth system,according to the different positions of different compensation structure design,in accordance with the relevant award set salary and reward system,and improved according to the actual situation,in order to promote the improvement of the salary system.Finally,the article believes that M company to improve the management of M asset company employees pay,the need to establish a scientific and perfect salary management system,improve the performance management system,to promote the company to improve the efficiency of staff salaries.
