Study Of The Role Of Interested Parties Of EPC Railway Construction Project

In EPC Project, there are many interested parties who have different requests. Studying the role that they play in, doing research on their request and working out the sequence of the request mean a lot in dealing with the interested parties' profit relationship and promoting the project's carrying on. Our country's railway basal construction is making rapid development at present, during this process a variety of management are Coexistent. Because EPC is an universal management and do not rising long, a study on its interested parties is necessary.This paper contains four parts:Part one is Chapter 1. In this part, level of management development in railway construction project and related research are analysed. Objective and significance of this paper are stated, that is making studying the interested parties as the starting point to provide ideas for solving problems of interested parties' identification, to find a proper way to deal with interested parties' request contradiction and to give an effective protection on improving the railway construction project's success rate. In this part we will also introduce the specific contents and methods of the study.Part two which contains Chapter2 to Chapter4 is the main area of this paper. The study is done by four five aspects: the first one is research of the various coexisted railway construction project management and analyse the pros and cons of the project management methods. The second one is research of the EPC management which is popular in the international community but just started in the country, analyzing its characteristic which is helpful for solving the questions we would facing. The third one is to find a method to identify the interested parties of EPC which will be helpful for the future study and the reason why we do this is that there's no mature production on EPC of our country. The fourth is digging interested parties' expectation, translating it into project request, making fuzzy expectation be a clear project request. The fifth is disposal of the interested parties' request contradiction. In using ANP method, under the goal of making project successful, work out the sequence of interested parties and request of the project.Part three is Chapter 5. In this part we took a project which I once participated in as an example to check this paper's research and the result are verified scientific and having practical significance.Part four is Chapter 6. This part has summarized the total paper and has pointed out the innovation and the future research that is needed of this paper.
