The logistics park plays a key role in enhancing the development of logistics industry, improving scale benefit, benefiting the resource sharing and reducing the total cost of logistics. Considering the haste introduction of Logistics Park in China, one wouldn't be surprised about the problem caused by the shortage of knowledge and experience on planning, construction, operation and management of logistics park. A methodology and related index must be built for the judgment of comprehensive, strategic, prospective and advisable decisions, which is very helpful in order to solve the complicate problems encountered in the process of developing China's logistics park.In view of above mentioned points, this thesis focused on researching the development of China's logistics park and its planning, construction and compressive evaluation. On the ground of analyzing domestic and abroad experience, this paper researched the scale of economy on logistics park.By researching the integration between the grey system theory and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),this study discussed the grey relationship analytic hierarchy process methodology This paper also researched the building of multilevel grey evaluation model. This essay made empirical analysis about the economic scale of Wuhan City's logistics park and the evaluation of Yangluo Logistics Park of Wuhan City.This thesis consists of six chapters. In the first chapter,it provided insight into what it's theme,it's theoretical background. In chapter two, an overview of logistics park planning and construction was made, including its connotation, characteristic and function. Followed by a review about the practice of logistics park both domestic and abroad. By using the SWOT tools, chapter three made a through and systematic analysis on the logistics park in Wuhan City. In chapter four, a methodology was introduced and an empirical study about Wuhan City's logistics park was made. By the way of integrating the AHP and GRAP method, a multilevel grey evaluation model was built in chapter five. An empirical evaluation about planning and construction of logistics park was made in this chapter, a weight model was followed to testify the validity of the multilevel grey evaluation model. Finally, in chapter six the conclusions was given and further research about new topics will put forth.
