Study On Organization System Based On Project Primary Contractor

General contracting is a popular contracting manner in the engineering field, it means that contractors contract the designing and constructing parts at least on one project. This contracting manner has been developed for along time in the developed countries, but in China it still immature after twenty years of development. Many matters caused this status, including the government, the market, but general contractors are the most important of all. The Paper considered that general contractors who play the main role in the completing market should improve their contracting abilities especially from the organization system of enterprise and project management. Only in this way can boost the flourish of general contracting market in China.The paper analyses the development process and design of organization based on organization theory. And then presents a new organization system pattern of general contractor on MIES according to the practice which the author involved in designing the enterprises reorganization project. The practice proved that this new organization pattern has effect on improving management efficiency and cooperation ability of project participator, and also is helpful for strengthening information communication.
