The Research Of APC AGTB General Contracting Project Risk Management

With the deepening reform of marketization of company system, the number of equipment engineering general contracting projects is increasing, and AGTB equipment engineering general contracting project is one of the company's main projects, so the importance and necessity of project risk management is becoming more and more significant. Scientific management applied on the AGTB equipment engineering general contracting project risk will not only improve risk control ability, boost the success rate of this kind of project, but also play an important significance in promoting overall economic efficiency of the whole company.The research object of this paper is based on the company's AGTB project, and risk identification of the whole process of the project is conducted through the method of brain storming. All the risk factors of AGTB equipment general contracting project will be summarized and reorganized into a risk list. Then detailed causes analysis will be carried on one by one to the risk factors in the list, and qualitative assessment will be performed in two dimensions: the probability of the occurrence of the risk, and the influence on the project of the occurrence of the risk. Data collection is in the form of questionnaire, and AGTB general contracting project risk matrix will be generated after the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data so as to realize the quantitative analysis of AGTB general contracting project. Risk response plan will be set against the major risk factors in the assessment result, and a sustainably improving risk monitoring mechanism should be formed.This research is an attempt of combining the company project risk management theory with AGTB equipment engineering general contracting project practice, verifies the introduction of the concept of risk management in the process of project management is correct, also provides material for the further study on AGTB equipment engineering general contracting project risk management and a reference for company to perform risk management on other engineering general contracting projects.
