The western development strategy of China's western region to bring a rare development opportunity, and have achieved good results, not only changing the economic landscape of the western region, to promote the region's social harmony and development in the implementation process. Bosch Power Tools is the China market all motor international brand leaders, the Chinese market is now occupy 17% of the market share. In this paper, based on Bosch power tools in the development of the southwestern region, the use of theoretical knowledge related to the strategic management system, currently in the Southwest Region are to the overall environment of generalized to the Southwest market for Bosch in the competitive strategy of development that will help Bosch Electric Tool in the southwestern region further development.This paper is divided into six parts, and its main contents are as follows: The first part of the introduction, the paper proposed the research background, and research ideas.The second part of this paper by the strategic application of the theory is briefly described.The third part of Bosch's external environment was analyzed.
