A Research On The Development Planning Of Chongqing Airport Logistics Park

With the rapid development of economic globalization and modern technology, the logistics service is developed rapidly in the world, and has become the new industry which increases the prospect very much. Receive the traditional planned,economic system and influence of the overall level of economic development, the development of the logistics service of our country, no matter theoretical research or practice operation, compared with international most advanced level have greater disparity. In the face of turbulent tide and severe challenge that faces after the Chinese accession to the WTO globalize in economic trade in the new century, in order to meet the needs of increasing fast in economy, social resources of rational Logistics, change the style of economic increase, improve economic running quality, promote enterprises of our country and national economy whole market competitiveness, realizing the integration with international economy, our country must develop logistics service in a more cost-effective manner.The planning of the Logistics park is one of the keys of the development of modern logistics, and is the important embodiment of the socialized opening high-efficient logistics system. It becomes the important sign of the ripe level of one nation's logistics development. Because of Logistics park is playing an important part in gather logistics enterprises, utilize existing logistics resources, promote the upgrade of logistics tech equipment and the improvement of service quality, improve the logistics environment, promote third party's logistics enterprises to grow up etc., accelerate the plan and construction of Logistics park can be considered as the breach quickening the development of logistics.Based on the development of modern Logistics park planning theory, according to the Chongqing airport's development, trends, internal and external environment of modern logistics, proposed the strategic positioning of the Chongqing airport"Airport Logistics Park", and its goals and strategies for development, and I also analyzed the business model of Chongqing Airport Logistics Park. This paper has divided into six parts, the first part analyzes the background and the major work of this paper, and reviews some research work in the field of the planning of Logistics park. The second part introduces relevant theories basis and domestic and foreign logistics development status and trends. The third part focuses on the development status and trends of modern logistics. The fourth analyzes the real foundation of Chongqing Airport Logistics Park from comprehensive advantages of the Chongqing airport. The fifth part, bases on previous analysis, proposed the strategic positioning, development goals, development strategies and specific business model of Chongqing Airport Logistics Park. The sixth part summaries the work of this thesis.
