Following the constrictive of the credit scale and the rising of the interest rate, the medical-circulating enterprise was required to pay back faster and faster, and its line of credit from the provider is becoming more and more atrophy, so its holding carrying costs is becoming higher and higher. Additional, the civil medical-circulating enterprise still faces the tense competitions from the advanced overseas enterprises. Therefore, there are some key points to be solved that are enhancing the inventory management, improving the inventory structure and dropping the holding carrying costs. If those are made better, it will bring important meaning of reality and theory to improve the manage ability and competitive power of these enterprise.This thesis is intended to study how to put the advanced ideas and methods into the inventory management of one of the medical-circulating enterprise in Chongqing province, the purpose is to get the proper methods of the inventory management for it. It brings about simultaneous development in inventory management and the enterprise itself, and the management of the whole supply line will be improved.This thesis analyzes and studies how to solve the inventory management problems of TP medical corperation, how to improving its inventory structure and dropping its holding carrying costs. This thesis adopts the methods of combining analysis with concrete evidence, also the method of combining to determine the nature with the amounts is employed. All of them are useful for avoiding the deficiency on inventory management.Firstly, this thesis summarizes the current situation of the inventory management theory and the quantity pattern study home and abroad. Based on putting forward of the study subject, this thesis points out its main purpose and its meaning. After that, the thesis relates the basic theory of inventory optimization in detail, and some work of analyzes and studies being done. It declares its characteristic. Then, basing on introducing TP medical corperation, it analyzes the main points on deficiency of inventory management, also the enterprise considered, this thesis brings about a proper method of inventory management that is aimed at the enterprise mentioned above, or at other similar traditional medical-circulating enterprise. It will be helpful of improving the inventory management, and also of the whole supply line management. It will bring the positive effect to the development of the enterprise.
