Study On System Optimization Of Inventory Management Of Wood Products Enterprise Based On Supply Chain

Nowadays, on the background of government’s advocate sustainable development inTwelfth Five-year Plan and the decreasing of forest resources in our country and the world,the wood become more and more important in national economy. How to resolve thecontradiction between the scarce of wood resources and the need of social development andhow to resolve the contradiction between ensure the supplying of wood and reduce theinventory of wood, is become a problem that calls for immediate solution in the background ofour country’s sustainable development in economy and society.This thesis put forward the concept of inventory and inventory management base on thethoroughly study of inventory theory. After the research on inventory of wood products industryin the environment of supply chain, this thesis first sum up the problem of this industry: thetactics of the wood enterprise are oversimplified, inventory level are set unreasonable,performance appraisal of the inventory management is irrational, then, analysis of the causes ofthese problem, next, this theses put forward the solution including how to enhance theefficiency of the information transmission, the performance appraisal system of the inventorymanagement of wood products enterprise in the environment of supply chain based on analytichierarchy process, so as to resolve the problem in the inventory management of wood productsenterprise based on supply chain.
