Research On Crisis Management System Of Construction Enterprise

Construction enterprises of China are of huge amount, relatively old management model and chaotic management system. The domestic construction market mechanism is not yet perfect. Part of construction enterprises fail in contracting projects from now on. Especially with China's entry into WTO ,construction enterprise is no longer facing a single national or international construction market, but domestic construction enterprises compete with foreign enterprises in the same construction market that is, international competitive market which two basic construction market combined. The risks and uncertain factors the construction enterprises are confronted with are increasingly complex and diverse, and the possibility of a crisis marked increase. Moreover, because of the special nature of the construction enterprise products, construction enterprises have to face the double threat of direct and indirect crisis which appear in the process operation and management activities and construction projects.In such a complex natural and social environment, as well as the construction projects of their own uncertain factors, the crisis of construction enterprises takes place frequently. Moreover, at present, part of the China's construction enterprises is still not completely free from the planned-economic thoughts, be short of crisis consciousness and crisis management mechanism, and have weak capability of solving crisis. Therefore, the dissertation studies and discusses the crisis management of construction enterprises.This dissertation first demonstrates the necessity of crisis management research. Base on the currently crisis management situation and problems of construction enterprises, with crisis management theory, the author analyses the causes of crisis and possible crisis types more systematic by using the classification method, specific make a concrete analysis of the crisis inducement factor; proposes the idea of crisis management system and initially establishes a construction enterprise crisis management system by using system analysis method; on the basis of this, the dissertation fatherly analyzes the function and the point of constructing of each subsystem, and also attempted to find out the measures to perfecting operation mechanism of the crisis management system.
