| Since the reform and opening policy in 1970s, the real estate industry in China is gradually becoming an independent industry which enters into people's horizons. With the development of the national economy, the real estate industry became a mostly industry. As the real estate industry involves many stakeholders, their interests are not the same, and often give birth to a certain contradictions. Even, they will have a bad influence to national macro- Economic, social and people's lives. In order to prevent the devastating impact of these, the real estate early warning system came into being.So far, the research for real estate is so many, but they mainly focused on the prices, and these which produce the social contradictions were not given sufficient attention. The real estate early-warning, which based on the theory of social contradictions, is for the social contradictions of hazards in the real estate development. That is, on the basis of other real estate early warning methods, it also analyzes the development and features of social contradictions, so as to set up a new perspective.This paper chooses the basic form of social contradictions as a breach. In the first, it found out every main body which produces social contradiction, and analyzes the behavior, so that it can realize the main request.Secondly, these may produce some disharmony in the social conflicts, but not all conflicts are harmful. This paper mostly analyzes the social contradiction each other and there characteristics, and finally it focus on the impact on the macroeconomics, the development of related industries, social stability.After above, this paper focus on the development and evolution of social contradictions. The development of social conflicts, which was divided into budding, development, instability, intensified and disappear, was concluded, and then the mechanism of the five-stage were analyzed, which includes the reasons and mechanism.At last, on the basis of above, this paper discuss the applicability of the real estate early warning, and combines the character of the paper. Then selects the special indicator, and establishes the real estate early-warning systems based on the social contradictions. At the same time, the operational mechanism was analyzed and the main response measures and proposals were advanced. |
