Logistics distribution is an important part of logistic system and its development, no matter on theory or practice, is absolutely related to country's economy. The thesis designs the operational mode of tobacco distribution and its key operational means which include business process integration and restructuring organization, sets up a set of index system for evaluating distribution center location, studies a method that's used for ranking distribution centers that are available to select, and sets up a mathematical mode to solve the amount problem of distribution network. Information network has also been studied. Finally, making use of the established methods and steps for solving a practical distribution problem that's brought by some tobacco business enterprise, the good result is achieved, at the same time, the contents that the thesis studies have been testified.In general, the research carried out in the paper gives insights to tobacco distribution development, promotes operation efficiency for tobacco business enterprises, facilitates cost reduction in logistics and increases competitive power in its industry.
