Research On Integrated Optimization Of Shi Jia Zhuang's Tobacco Distribution System

Taxes and profits of tobacco industry play an important role in the state financial revenue. The logistics is a key part of the operating costs in the tobacco industry. Therefore, logistics management will not only exert a great influence on taxes and profits but also will hinder the marketing channel construction as well as customer services, thus it has caused extensive concern of the business and academic circle.In order to improve the management level of tobacco logistics, fully implement the scientific approach to development, and face the challenges of the changes in the global economic environment, the department in charge of tobacco industry has been striving to promote the management reform and technology innovation of tobacco logistics and to conduct the modernization of logistics management and the upgrading of logistics facilities based on the logistics restructuring and revitalization plan. At present, modern logistics facilities construction and technical equipment renewal has been generally realized in the entire industry. So the management scheme based on the modern logistics facilities becomes the problems to be solved.Having consulted literature broadly and drawn lessons from management experience of modern logistics in the tobacco industry at home and abroad, we take the logistics system of Shijiazhuang cigarette factory as the research object, and make thorough investigation into the enterprise to obtain first-hand material. With the guiding ideology of resource integration and the method of fuzzy clustering, we first put forward the location decision of cigarette distribution hub based on economic region rather than administrative district according to the storage, sorting, packaging and distribution capacity of newly-built tobacco logistics centers. And then we optimize the distribution lines and vehicles comprehensively with genetic algorithm so as to integrate logistics delivery ability of tobacco industry, improve distribution efficiency, reduce logistics cost, enhance customer service. Hopefully, this paper will be helpful to meet the needs of the industry development and to strengthen comprehensively the core competitiveness of the tobacco industry.
