Research On Management Innovation Of China Yangtze Power Corporation Limited

The management innovation is an important part of the modern innovative theory; it has already become the core of contemporary enterprise's development. Enterprises can't establish in an unassailable position in the market competition unless innovating constantly. On behalf of the respresentive of the state-owned enterprises (SOE),The management innovation has already carried on practice and made the remarkable effects in China Yangtze Power Corporation Limited(CYPC).SOE are the pillar of our national economy, the modern enterprise system taking public ownership, as subject is a foundation of the Socialist market economy system. The question of SOE is a historical question, and the important problem which concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood too. The nation paid attention to the reform of the SOE very much, we can say, there form of the SOE has been never disconnected for over 30 years in the country, from the initial pure plan type state–owned economy to perfect market-oriented state-owned economic development progressively. The time that the management innovation applies to enterprises of our country, especially SOE are still not long, experience is still insufficient too, and so it has stronger realistic Meanings in studying the management innovation question of SOE.The purpose of paper is to study and analyze problem of management innovation of CYPC. Firstly, the text gives information about the base of management innovation. On one hand, it analyses the connotative meaning and feature of management and management innovation, on the other hand, it involves the relations and differences between management and management innovation, it analyses contents and influencing factors about management innovation, generalizes methods of management innovation. Secondly, on the base of existing state of the SOE management innovation, according to the need of establishing modern enterprise system, the paper offers path and game that SOE implement management innovation.
