Study On The Energy Consumption Factors And The Trends Of Chongqing

Energy is one of the most important basic of human society.It greatly pushes the economy and society progress. At the same time, when human need more and more energy to support their development, the effect of energy supply become more and more observably to human society and the environment. Since Chongqing became the municipality, the social economy got an obviouse progress. The GDP grow from 1440.56 billion in 1998 to 3491.57 billion in 2006, witch is 2.42 times increase compare with the 1998 GDP level. In the first 10 years, the average GDP growth per year is over 10.2%. However, the energy problem become a focus of the public at the same time."Electricity limit","fuel shortage","Coal shortage","Gas shortage"become the high frequency words.In this paper, we combine qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, research the pertinence within energy usage factors base on energy consume status and structure. We also set up Gray dynamic model and BP ANN model to predict the energy usage of Chongqing, which can help government make scientific plan on energy saving items.
