Knowledge worker is such a kind of employees who exert their own knowledge actively to get value added during a certain time. Although it accounts for a relatively small ratio of an organization in the terms of quantity, it can create much more value for an enterprise. Knowledge worker plays a very important role in the development of an organization, therefore; the organization should attach more importance to the construction of the knowledge worker employ system.Firstly, based on the analysis of the relevant research productions around the world about the knowledge worker and employ system, this article points out that the research on both the knowledge worker and recruitment have made great achievements respectively, but there is still a vacancy in the intersection between the knowledge worker and its recruitment. In the next place, this article analyzes the key characters of the knowledge worker in the individual characters, general ability structure and career expectation which differs from the non-knowledge worker based on the relevant theory to conclude that the knowledge worker tends to be more enthusiastic to study, emphasizing subjective feeling and in pursuit of independent, while at the same time having the good teamwork spirit and responsibility. These merits not only express as more excellent study performance and language performance in the capability, but also as inclining to the study organization and emphasizing self-development in the perspective.Based on the above theory, this article discusses the defects in the process of the knowledge worker recruitment from the practical examples in China, which is short of the attention to the evaluation of the recruitment in general and have some problems in the employment philosophy, principle, procedure, personnel and skills.Furthermore, this article emphasizes the construction of the scientific knowledge worker employ system. Firstly, establishing a correct employ philosophy needs the manager of the organization to apprehend the connotation and denotation of the knowledge worker accurately and pay more attention to the employment work by improving the attitude. Secondly, designing the employ system needs the manager to emphasize the employment planning strategically to regard the employment planning as a lasting work, and additionally a flexible arrangement of the job position is also very important. Thirdly, arrangement of a reasonable employ procedure needs to adopt various measures according to the specific requirement of the organization. Fourthly, adopting the scientific measure skills requires our HR-manager to master the adequate measure skills and technologies and adjust them to the different employment needs. Finally, the quality of the recruitment team should be improved by enhancing their own capacities.In conclusion, there is a brief introduction of the measure skills and methods applied in the process of employ system, especially the personal character test, common ability test and structured interview. To apply different combination of measure techniques properly requires not only the effectiveness, but also the cost control.
