Human resources have been regarded as the most important assets and the most precious resources on the balance sheet of Western enterprises.Talent is not to be created but cultivated.So the role of knowledge worker's career planning in human resource management is self-evident.According to investigation,Natural gas company's knowledge workers in recent years,in the work of the growing number of working enthusiasm is not high,the lack of occupation career goals,knowledge workers were buried,their potential jobs are not satisfied with the situation,scientific planning,lack of knowledge employee occupation career has become a constraint the further development of enterprises,the major issues affecting the enterprise talent utilization efficiency.Based on the above described,the problem of employee occupation career planning knowledge has become an important factor in determining the future development of the natural gas company,has a crucial role in the realization of the business development and strategic objective of the company after the day.In this paper,the occupation career planning theory based on natural gas company knowledge employee occupation career planning is studied by the way of questionnaire survey,the natural gas company employees as the sample knowledge,satisfaction investigation,found that the company knowledge employee occupation career planning problems mainly include the lack of occupation the awareness of the importance of career planning,employee occupation career development goals are not clear,the lack of effective training and assessment,employee occupation career planning,promotion channel limited occupation lack the support of relevant departments.Thinking about the problems and causes of in-depth analysis,according to the natural gas situation knowledge employee occupation career planning,put forward the corresponding countermeasures,including enterprise culture,knowledge employee occupation career planning of scientific planning of knowledge workers in various stages of occupation career goals,effective training,establish scientific promotion and exit mechanism establish and sectoral knowledge employee occupation career planning guarantee mechanism for employees,this paper provides some reference for the knowledge worker's occupation career planning.
