In the era of knowledge economy in the twenty-first century,small and medium-sized knowledge-based enterprises have developed rapidly,and it has become an important force to promote Chinese economic growth.Knowledge workers are the most important resources and wealth of small and medium-sized knowledge enterprises,and have become the motive force for the sustainable development of enterprises.Knowledge workers have their own characteristics,which are different from the traditional employees.They have different types of knowledge and skills,and have strong learning ability,advocating independent learning,life-long learning and other advanced learning concepts.Therefore,the task allocation problem of knowledge workers cannot follow the traditional task allocation ideas and methods,and it needs to combine the characteristics of knowledge workers and the actual situation of the enterprise.Based on this,in order to meet the needs of the development of small and medium-sized knowledge enterprises,enterprises must explore an efficient and reasonable way to match knowledge workers and tasks.According to the characteristics of small and medium-sized knowledge-based enterprises,based on the analysis of the knowledge employee and task characteristics,starting from the perspective of knowledge,this paper put forward a hierarchical matching method of knowledge staff and task knowledge and learning ability based on similarity.Firstly,the knowledge requirement of the task and the knowledge structure of knowledge worker were studied.The knowledge requirement module of task and the knowledge control module of staff are constructed,and the knowledge matching process between employees and tasks is analyzed.Secondly,the knowledge similarity intension of knowledge worker task was defined,and the classification of knowledge similarity was studied,and the knowledge similarity model of knowledge worker task was constructed the research on knowledge workers task knowledge similarity calculation model was put forward to comprehensive method to obtain knowledge similarity from two aspects of semantic similarity and similarity,and the construction of the initial matching model of knowledge workers and knowledge similarity based on task,through solving the model to obtain the knowledge staff group the tasks of knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the similarity matching.Then,this paper analyzed the influencing factors of knowledge employee's learning ability,the calculation method of learning ability,defined the knowledge function,and construct a precise matching model considering the knowledge staff and learning ability between tasks,by solving the model to obtain the knowledge workers task-the best matching scheme.Finally,the implementation process of the method was illustrated by actual cases,and the rationality and validity of the method are proved.
