Under the government and financial institution's considerable support, the urban construction, transportation, correspondence, water conservation and other infrastructure conditions will obtain the consummation, thus the economic development will come to a new period of rapid growth. But, compare with other areas in the main city, the Dadukou area still have a large distance on the total economic output and the benefit of industry. How to make assessment for the social and economic development conditions of Dadukou objectively and accurately, then discover the differences of development and the main causes among every regional, then propose the countermeasures for coordinated development of the social and economy in Dadukou. This is the urgent problem which needs to solve proposed by the practice, This issue is of important theoretical and the practical significance.Under this background, this article first analized the present situation of economy and social development in Dadukou area from the aspect of economic output and quality, region cooperation and complete set, the residents'living standard, urbanization level, the development of science, education, culture and health care, social security, environmental protection as well as system construction; Next, combined with social and economic development's actual situation of our country and the Dadukou area, this article had carried on the fully generalized analysis appraisal to economic society development in Dadukou area from the five aspects of the modernization of economic development, the modernization of social frame, the modernization of the technical education and the national quality, the modernization of social undertaking and the quality of life, the system construction and the system environment modernization; Then, according to the comprehensive evaluation index system, this article used many kinds of forecast models and carried on the overall assessment to the forecasting result, and also formulated the future development targets in the Dadukou area, then analized the the development targets gap from the aspects of the comprehensive transportation, municipal administration infrastructure, posts and telecommunications means of communication, fund supply and demand, land supply and demand as well as energy supply and demand; Finally, this article proposed corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion for the economy and society's coordinated development in the future in Dadukou, gaurantee the smooth implementation of the developmental strategy.The regional economic and social development strategy studies this situation in a certain time in the future.
