Analysis On Rural Land Transfer Problem Of Shapingba District

Land is the indispensable material basis for human society, and it is also the source of production and existence, the basis of a nation and material support for healthy and sustainable development. Although China covers a large area in the world, it is ranked after 110 in 190 countries of the world and after 126 as far as the area of farm land is concerned, due to the small area of land per capita. Currently, being in lack of land resources is our national situation. Meanwhile, with the acceleration of our economy and society, land resources, especially suburban farm land, are not in good use as suburban dwellers are moving to the cities. Therefore, our only way to maintain a sustainable development, to implement scientific developing ideas and to construct a middle class society is to secure an efficient use of farm land by practically researching the problems of farm land usage, systematically reforming land regulations and speeding up farm land trade.This paper, starting from basic theories of farm land usage, combining knowledge of many subjects and with static and dynamic researching methods, analyses the basic possibilities and conditions for land trade in Shapingba District on the basic analyst of land trade in the nation, the City of Chongqing and the Shapingba District. To supply some land trade theories and practical experiences, this paper also clarifies the main method and priority of land trade and puts forward some policies of how to speed up land trade.
