In recent years, more and more domestic enterprises to adopt supply chain alliance to grow on its own strength and enhance their competitive ability, as the process of global economic integration accelerates, customer needs transfers from single to diversified, personalized and advanced, and competitive posture transfers from a simple competition to competition and cooperation. But the successful implementation of supply chain alliance is not high. Against such a backdrop, the paper focused on the critical factors that leading to the success of the supply chain alliance, to enhance the rate of alliance implementation of domestic enterprises.This paper takes the empirical research methods. Firstly, this paper presents the measurable indicators of and alliance performance and nine key success factors, including: trust, commitment, interdependence, the quality of the information, and the level of participation of information, information sharing, alliance partner's selection, alliances conflict resolution and reasonable distribution of the proceeds of alliances. And constructs a theoretical model in accordance with the transaction cost theory, the resource-based theory, supply chain management theory. Then, this paper continues to testify the model by regression analysis. On the basis of the analysis, it concludes: trust is essential for the successful operation of the supply chain; commitment between the alliance helps to improve alliance performance, especially to customer's satisfaction; interdependence benefits to optimize the inner process; information quality, information participation and information sharing between enterprises also play an critical role in improve performance; choosing suitable alliance partners could help alliances realize their objectives more effectively; high use of constructive conflict resolution techniques could build harmonious relationship between alliance partners; supply chain alliance enterprises for the distribution of interests in a reasonable union significantly affect performance, especially reflected in the financial dimension.Finally, the paper summarizes the study of the limitations of this study and the follow-up prospects.
