As a world leader in electric power and automation technology, GCK Electric offer the solution for customers of industry and power industry, help customers to improve their performances, while reducing the negative impact on the environment. GCK included a full range of power transformers and distribution transformers, high, middle and low voltage switching, the electric motor and transmission system in China. These products have been used widely in the industrial, commercial and public utilities. GCK Corporation in Chinese was first-rate of many products by making itself, and has become an international industry benchmarks.As the socialist market economy has established and perfected gradually. China attend WTO, and take part in international competition. Electric industry will be face unprecedented challenges and opportunities, high and middle and low electrical corporation will be up against more severe competitive situation. In the increasingly competitive market of electrical products in China is mature, There are existed and intertwined in different industries customer. We analyzed the GCK situation by management of marketing and related knowledge, and in-depth studied and discussed the marketing problems that encountered in the process of development of companies.First we analyzed the current situation of GCK Chinese corporation in the article, and then used competitive analysis of the situation facing the business environment for the conduct of a marketing analysis, including their own advantages and disadvantages, as well as faced by the threats and opportunities. It was instituted a new marketing mix strategies, including market strategy, product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and sales strategy. In order to implement these strategies effectively, we made the corresponding marketing service system, including a specialized market, product mix and marketing strategy, and so on. All of these analysis and the strategies for the GCK are proceed in low-voltage products of China market, expanding the company brand awareness, enhance their market share to provide a theoretical guidance.In addition, the goal that we analyzed strategy in Chinese market of GCK Company was to offer reference for domestic electrical enterprises. In order to compete and obtain the position of international market those domestic companies had to learn the successful market experience in multinational companies.
