Research On The Strategy Of "Going Globe" In Hunan Private Enterprises

Hunan enterprises' foreign direct investments has got some achievements in Southeast Asia,Africa and other developing countries and has form a good brand effect in above areas.Hunan enterprises also emerge in Europe and developed countries." Hunan oversea enterprises create tens of thousands of jobs to the host countries and provide overseas employment opportunities for the hunanlocal people each year.Although some of the private enterprises in Hunan province which has made some achievementshas become the main force of foreign direct investment,but there are also some problems which need to be solved.Therefore,this article takes the foreign direct investment private enterprises in Hunan Province as the research object,using literature method,interview method and dynamic analysis method,under the guidance of the small scale technology theory,technology localization theory and foreign investment imbalance,combined with the status and characteristics of private enterprises in Hunan Province foreign direct investment,from the macro and micro aspects,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of Hunan private enterprises' foreign direct investment and put forward the improvement of private enterprises' "going globe" strategies and suggestions,such as: the protection mechanism of foreign direct investment of private enterprises;strengthening the government'ssupport of "goingglobe" for the private enterprises;cultivate and strengthen the "going globe" private enterprises' internationalization ability.It is hoped that this study will be helpful to solve the problems encountered in the process of direct foreign investment of private enterprises in Hunan.
