In recent years, the hotspring-type hotel brands have emerged, the market format constant innovation. The competitions get fierce between hotels. So if the hotels want to win the fierce competition, they must solve the problems of marketing of the economichotels.This paper's research object is marketing innovation of XianYang Ocean Hotsring Hotel. First of all,the hotel's marketing theories were reviewed, and the concept of economic-type hotel and features are described.
