Enterprise strategy is the future development of the enterprise to an overall planning, decide the enterprise's development direction, involving the relation between enterprise and environment, the determination of enterprise mission, enterprise's target, the establishment of basic development policy and the formulation of competition strategy.In today's world economy system and the market system, all business activities are influenced by technology conditions and the management pattern, the current state of the economy and society and enterprise management means (including enterprise culture influence) has always been the two important factors which influence the development of the business activities of the hotel. Especially in today's international exchange era, along with the social economy culture and the unceasing seepage and influence of the international trend, people for the hotel industry consumption idea and the management concept also has a corresponding profound changes. Therefore, people have gradually accepted the idea for the formulation of hotel market competition strategy and hotel development mode, also gradually accepted commercial social factors, gradually set up the idea of hotel service quality and credibility, for hospitality management technology innovation and process design also presents the diversification of the change.In-depth study of the enterprise competition strategy, select and establish the reasonable competition strategy, so as to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, eluding market risk, to lay the foundation of the company for the long-term development, has become the first question of the sustainable development.I selected the JJS budget hotel chains as the research object to research the future competition strategies of JJS hotel through the company's internal and external environment condition as well as the economy hotel industry competition analysis, by using the quantitative and qualitative the method of combining.In order to guarantee the implementation effect of competitive strategy, this paper analyzed the disadvantages existing in the company and threats and made a systematic summary, and put forward the measures to guarantee of the implementation of the cmpetition strategy.Therefore, this research purpose also is to review and summarize the JJS hotel chain management of this model and the future development direction, and to support for the development of our country budget hotel chains with market strategies.
