| Due to the over-sized establishment, the enterprises are in the face of a slow response to customer demand, not satisfying customer demand of JIT delivery. In order to solve this problem, LY automobile parts enterprises study and refer to the practices of successful enterprises at home and abroad. Combined with its own strategic objectives, management mode and customer demand to rethink and innovate, it makes a big reform in the way of BPR for improving the management efficiency and core competitiveness.In this paper, based on relevant theoretical and practical results at home and abroad, combined with the fact of LY automobile parts enterprises, JIT delivery and value chain management are combined with BPR. Then JIT delivery-oriented BPR system framework is put forward. The system contents are studied in detail and its practical application in enterprises are analyzed and evaluated here.Firstly, the research and application of JIT delivery and BPR at home and abroad are summarized. Based on relevant theoretical researches, the needs analysis of JIT delivery-oriented BPR was carried out according to the external environment that Automobile Parts Company was situated and internal factors in LY Company. And JIT delivery-oriented BPR system framework is put forward using Value chain analysis method.According to BPR system framework, the core processes that affect JIT delivery-oriented BPR was diagnosed and analyzed using ABC and causality analysis. And the related processes were re-planned according to the results of analysis.Finally, the above planning results are applied in LY auto-parts enterprise, and detailed implementation steps are also given.
