(hereinafter referred to as:Q), such as spare parts demand, demand time, demand frequency, transport and distribution, material bin frame and parts suppliers constitute the extremely complex supply system of the spare parts inbound logistics. Problems of this system exposed in the daily operation, such as risk control of the logistics process is not enough, high inventory of parts, and the larger loss of logistics transport and lack of real time tracking of logistics information. As the increasing of products, production producing area of the car of Q Company appeared gradually.In recent years, the appearance and application of Milk-Run inbound logistics supply mode with characteristic such as multiple frequencies, small batch, window time has made the JIT production of auto manufacturing enterprises into reality. This paper studies the theory source, principle and operation process of the auto parts Milk-Run, the characteristics and advantages of operation mode of Milk-Run inbound logistics, give a detailed, systematic exposition. Then, give interpretation to the operation process of different operation modes of Milk-Run, and put forward the overall design plan, the specific application process of the Milk-Run inbound logistics mode in Q Company. The implementation of the project enhances the efficiency of automobile parts inbound logistics, makes the true sense of reducing the logistics cost, improves the market’s competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises.The main contributions of this dissertation are embodied in the:1.
