Situation And Strategy Research On Energy Efficienty Of Zhejiang Province

Energy is one of the most important resources for human's living. Nowadays, with the development of social and economy, improve energy efficiency and saving energy have became an important task of China and the world. As a big province of economy and energy consumption, and at the same time an energy poverty province, how to improve energy efficiency is an important problem of Zhejiang which is related to its economic competitiveness and social stability.To promote energy efficiency, first we should clear the current situation and the trends of energy efficiency, in order to raise targeted and efficient solutions. Based on the analysis of existing domestic and foreign energy efficiency indicator systems, and then combine with the situation and characteristics of energy consumption of Zhejiang Province, this article established an energy efficiency indicators system which is suit for Zhejiang. This indicators system is divided into three categories, a total of 24 indicators, and each indicator is explained by its meaning and methods of calculation. Furthermore, this paper detailed analyses and evaluates the status, trends and the influence factors and its influence of energy efficiency of Zhejiang Province.Most of the energy efficiency indicators of Zhejiang Province are ahead of the national level, but there are still many problems. Finally, based on the results of the front analysis, the problems of energy utilization of Zhejiang Province have been found, and the solutions have been raised, and in hope witch can be references for policy-making departments for reference.
