In the increasingly competitive world today, the survival and the development of private-owned high-tech enterprises will depend on the technological innovation more and more. But as a high risk activity, technological innovation may face high possibility of failure, so researches on the technological innovation risk factors of the private-owned high-tech enterprises are more important.Through the study of technological innovation risks of private-owned high-tech enterprises, the article has found out the risk factors which impact on the technological innovation, established the index system on risk evaluation of the technological innovation, made a two-dimensional model on the risk evaluation of technological innovation of the private-owned high-tech enterprises which has been considerate of the different stages of technological innovation, and given the method on how to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the fuzzy cluster analysis to evaluate the two-dimensional model of technological innovation risk factors of the private-owned high-tech enterprises.Then, with regard to the risks which exist in the private-owned high-tech enterprises, the article has put forward a strategy of risk prevention, and made rough response of risk pre-control to each risk index in the index system of technological innovation risk. Because the actual conditions of enterprises are various, the trade is not the same in competition, so we should contact to enterprise actual conditions and enterprise total strategy of enterprise when we will make the concrete technological innovation project choice, do the appraisement and take precautions against the risk.Finally, the article applies the two-dimensional model and evaluation method of technological innovation risk factors of the private-owned high-tech enterprises to analyse a case of enterprise. So we can get the actual conditions of technological innovation risk of the enterprise and give the corresponding recommendations.
