Study On International Business Risk Of Prevention And Countermeasures About High-tech Enterprise In China

With the advance of the world economic,the development of the high-tech industry has gradually become the objectives of competing in the world.In order to develop and strengthen trully,our high-tech enterprises must enhance their competitiveness,learn to integrate to the interenational market on their own initiative and participate in operation and competition in the international market.In this paper,around the international business of the high-tech enterprises,the author analyses the meaning,type and characteristics,basing on the relevant theory and literature. First,the author explains the advantages of international business,including the resource advantages and the comparative advantages based on the cluster theory.Secondly,the anthor finds some issues in the international business of the high-tech enterprises,such as the lack of the capability in technological innovation,limited level of management,the difficulties of financing,shorting of the protection of intellectual property and so on.Then,according to the Miller mode,the international business risk is classified separately,which are macro risk,meso risk and micro risk.On the basis of classification of risk factors,the author applies AHP and establish evaluation index system of international risk,which includes5major indicators and24small targets,then the level of various risks are set with the experts scoring.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathod as a tool to appraise the level of huawei's international business risk,comes to the conclusion,that its level of risk is in the middle.Finally,combining with Chinese actual conditions,the author proposes some cuontermeasures,which can enhance the international competitiveness of the high-tech enterprises,improve the ability of technological innovation and intellectual property protection,including prevention strategies in technology,market,environment,human and financial,which can help the high-tech enterprises to aviod the international business risk with a certain theory and guiding significance.Figure [9] table [14] reference [63]...
