Logistics node plays an important role for the promotion of the logistics industry focus, economies of scale, adjusting for city functions, improving the logistics investment environment, promoting the growth of third-party logistics companies, stimulating local economic development.Therefore, the planning and construction of the logistics nodes can be seen as the breakthrough speeding up the development of modern logistics.Many domestic cities has been, or are planning and constructing a variety of logistics nodes.it launched a boom of the logistics nodes building in the domestic.We can see a lot of problems, for example, there is no uniform standard of logistics node type, confused the concept of the logistics park, logistics bases, logistics centers, distribution centers and so on.Unreasonable plan has caused the social resources waste, because arrangement is too crowd, market blind competition and some disadvantageous aspects.In this paper, First,starting from the information available at present, in the light of the situation that logistics park, logistics center, distribution center concept vague and confusing use , the paper has discussed the mutual relation of these on the basis of consulting the large number of books and literature.Secondly, the paper uses the method which the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis unify to study the city logistics nodes selected location. According to the factors which affect of the urban logistics node layout and the characteristic of urban development construction, we choice alternative nodes.Through analysis alternative node characteristic, distinguish their type.Then, Bilevel programming is used to describe the competitive conditions of optimum sitting of the logistics nodes.The upper formation question described policy-maker's macroscopic behavior, the lower level plan model expressed the demand customer chose the most superior logistics nodes.By the logistics distribution system achieved the most superior and customer can obtain the biggest benefit for the goal, establish Bilebvel programming selected location model of logistics distribution nodes.Finally, through the analysis major effect factors of logistics distribution node selected location, this paper introduces fuzzy-analytic hierarchy process (F-AHP) to establish synthetic evaluation target system of logistics distribution nodes location. and the method used in Yulin City of logistics distribution nodes planning with positive results.
