Logistics center has been regarded as a multifunctional and compositive place, which has much service function. It can facilitate commodity currency and provide value-added service according to the consumer's demand.At present, location allocation of logistics center in our country is far from standardization.not only because of the unsound function but also the disorder construction. To make logistics center operate more effectively we must make sure the best location allocation of it.Up to now,there are two kinds of methods concerning the research of logistic center location allocation,which are quantitative and synthetical evaluation concerning the qualitative factors .Commonly the quantitative model has been constructed based on the enterprise's benefit,which doesn't take co-worker's benefit of the supply chain into account. Analytic Hierarchy Process including in the synthetical evaluation research has been widely applied.but there are some limitation in its use.Firstly the weight value is hard to make certain, secondly the uniform of the weight value of every guideline result in inequity.Aims at the limitation of the above-mentioned theory's application, the author conceives the paper.At first,on the base of basic knowledge of logistics center, the paper presents the target of location allocation and general principle .In the following, the paper analyses the quantitative factors. A quantitative model will be constituted which includes both cost and income ingredients,and introduces the Genetic Algorithm's application for the solution.At the same time,considering the environment of com-petition,the paper puts forward bilevel programming model,which can give attention to the bi-directional benefit between enterprise and consumer.In chapter 4,Firstly qualitative analysis has been made,Secondly the paper makes use of Data Envelopment Analysis theory to synthetically evaluate,which seeks the only weight value of every guideline accordingto every appraisal project to make appraisal reasonable;and aims at the limitation of original DEA,the paper devises a modified DEA.Lastly the paper gives examples to testify the non-linear programing model and DEA's feasibility and practicability.
