Non-oil business of oil companies is quite extensive,whose services are becoming more and more mature.And in the entire corporate profits,non-oil business income accounts for the proportion more and more.Non-oil business has occupied the very important position.At present,the impact of non-oil business benefits the key problem of non-oil logistics node layout problems need to be studied.This paper first introduces the development status of non-oil business at home and abroad,and summarizes the research status of non-oil logistics nodes locating at home and abroad and then discusses the non-oil logistics node location and optimization theory.Based on the analysis of factors affecting the non-oil logistics node layout,considering transportation cost,construction cost and operation cost optimization binding capacity,node,supply capacity,the balance of the constraint conditions,an optimization model is established for non-oil logistics node location.According to this model,the adaptability of the improvement of plant growth simulation algorithm to solve the model by using plant growth simulation is improved.Finally,we present an empirical analysis to in the southwest of Chongqing city as an example,the location scheme of logistics nodes in this area are calculated.The calculation results show that the design of non-oil logistics node location method proposed is correct and effective.This paper enriches the theory of logistics node location,and it provides a reference method for non-oil logistics node location.It has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.
