Research On The Problem Of Income In The Business Value Appraisal

Business Value Appraisal focus on the earning capacity of the enterprise in the future. Although we still have certain disparity with the developed country on the market consummation degree and the gaining of market parameter at present, this doesn't mean that we can not use the common international analysis method of Value Appraisal. In the Business Value Appraisal, it is a business value appraisal tendency that income approach applies with international custom. With the gradually active trading with assets in our country, the demand on business value appraisal increases. To draw lesson from international application experience about income approach and perfect it's application in our country step by step are very urgent and necessary mission in our country's assets appraisal theory and reality.The paper carries research on how to boundary the earning, how to forecast and how to discount and so on in important key of income approach pattern, focusing on the trend of income approach application in our country enterprise .This paper is mainly divided into six parts:First part of the paper mainly points out the cause of studying this question and the significance of the Business Value Appraisal. By overall reviewing the research status about Business Value Appraisal both at home and abroad, the paper raises the purpose of the study, the main content and research methods.Second part is the pandect on the income approach of Business Value. Respectively describe the meaning of Business Value, the significance of Business Value Appraisal and the advantage of using income approach in Business Value Appraisal, provide necessary theory and analysis for the following study.There are totally three chapters relating to the three big problems of earning-- earning boundary,earning forecast and earning discount in third , fourth , fifth part of the paper. It is study priority of the paper. In the third chapter of the article, the method of net cash flow, which is obtained by the comparative analysis of total profit, net profit, and net cash flow, is the best calculation index of the income in Business Value Appraisal by income approach. The process of income prediction and the method is mainly discussed in the fourth chapter and in the next chapter, the discount-formula and the matching of parameters about income is studied.Sixth part reaches the research conclusion based on the summarizing the whole article.
